What to Expect

STEP 1
Request a
Bid

To provide an accurate bid, we will need detailed information about the job and your specific requirements. The bid will be based on the plans you provide, but may need to be adjusted if the final measurements differ from the initial ones.

STEP 4
Decide the
Details

In order to design cabinets that meet your specifications, we will need to communicate with you frequently. You will be able to make alterations and upgrades during this stage, as we work toward completing a final drawing that meet all of your expectations.

STEP 7
Schedule Your
Installation

Once all of the above steps are completed, your job will be put on our schedule and your lead time will start. If our builder is not able to provide installation for your cabinets, he will work with you for specific delivery times.

STEP 2
Receive &
Accept Your Bid

We will have your bid ready as soon as possible but please expect 4-5 business days before you receive it. If you are happy with your bid then please notify us so that we can begin to go through more of the details.

STEP 5
Finalize Drawings & Sign Off

We will do a final review of the drawings with you to confirm that everything meets your expectations. You will then be asked to sign off on our printed copy of the drawings. You will also be asked to sign a contract to finalize our agreement. This allows us to begin construction of your cabinets built according to your specifications.

STEP 3
Schedule Measurements

Final measurements cannot be done until after all of the framework of your building is done. Drawings cannot be finalized until measurements have been taken. Some customers have drawings that are complete when sent and are confident that they will fit their space. If this is the case, we will build according to specifications but will not be held responsible if a measurement is incorrect.

STEP 6
Pay Your
Deposit

A down payment of 50% is required when the contract is signed and before the construction of your cabinets. Small jobs may require the full amount up front. Contracts over $75,000 may need a greater down payment so that cost of materials can be covered.
